The program can handle a range of formats; ICO, CUR, PNG, XPM, BMP, PNG and JPEG. Icons and cursors can be up to 256x256 pixels size with 32 bit color information. The application is able to extract icons and cursors from an exe or a DLL to your chosen file for editing. Batch processing features of image conversion to icons and image format conversions are really useful. A set of sample icons are supplied with the application to get familiarization easy as well as being productive quicker. A set of selection tools make the operation easier.

This is a very small footprint application and comes in a ready to run form, no installation or configuration is necessary. Drag and drop also is supported to make the application use even easier.

The user interface is simple and intuitive as well as easy to use. Necessary drawing tools and editing tools are included. Editing tools include a series of effects that can be applied to the icon or other graphics created with this application. Effects include remove matte, drop shadow, inner/outer glow and bevel. Color fill of shapes can have several gradients. Multiple languages are supported that includes English, Chinese, French, German, Hungarian, Italian and Japanese. Help documentation is available in French as well besides English.

Cons: There are no obvious problems with the package.
