My Buddy Icons helps you create your own customized buddy icons on your messenger.
    The existing icons on your messenger can be edited or modified or new icons can be created using this tool. It is simple to use. The buddy icons can be sent directly to your AOL Instant Messenger. The program has 150 existing icons which can be chosen for customization. You can pick up these icons and use the twenty different color filters to add brightness and modify the color balance to your images. A built-in image capture tool also allows you to capture the content on a screen and save it as .ico file. Else, you can simply import a picture or image and convert it into a buddy icon.
