Pros: This application provides several photo processing features singly or in a batch. There are four icons in the user interaction area for the four main processing items. One needs to just drag & drop a bunch of photos to get the processing done on the bunch. Make a collage of your favorite pictures, imprint date and time on a batch of photos, convert images into different formats or resize multiple pictures automatically by dragging and dropping one or several digital photos onto a corresponding icon. Once the processing is initiated the program completes the job and places the result in the same directory as the input photos.

Resizing or converting multiple digital pictures is performed quickly and conveniently. You can resize a single photo or make multiple pictures fit to certain dimensions just as easily. The same goes for format conversion. You can make any one image smaller by applying a higher compression factor or change its format from TIFF to JPEG, from GIF to PNG, or from any other and into any other format of the various supported formats. If you need to publish a bunch of pictures on the Web, you can make them fit into certain pixel dimensions and save them as JPEG files no larger than a certain size with one convenient action.

Cons: Only control the user has on the collage maker id how much of an overlap the photos will have and very little else. The results are not satisfactory. Similar is an issue with the date stamp. Though you could choose the size of the date stamp, where it is placed is automatic. The format changer and resizer work well though. There are typos in the interface text strings.

Overall it does whatever it can do quite well but has problems too. The problems can be overcome quite easily and then it would rate more. But, in the current situation this is good for a 2 star rating.
