A paint program for Win95/98 and NT4.0. It offers fast and powerful brush painting, which are selected as a part of an image and manipulated to do rotation, sizing, outline, shading, spray, etc. in 256 color mode and full color mode. Once you get to using it, you will find out how you can easily paint using a brush. It also provides multiple image buffering, mask, fill, zoom, and grid, adding to the basic painting tools like simple line draw, bend line draw, oval/rectangle draw and text drawing. There are multiple drawing modes. Usingone or a combination of different drawing modes, allows you to draw shiny objects, or achieve similar effects using airbrushes. Many keyboard accelerators are provided. It can read and save images as BMP format (RGB encode). This package also includes image file converter to convert between JPEG and BMP file.
