SnapStream PVS turns your PC into a networked personal television. With the PVS software, you can record your favorite TV shows in an intelligent fashion (ie like you can with TiVo/ReplayTV -- you can tell it to record every episode of 'Who Wants to be a Millionaire', or any other particular show you want to see). Once recorded, you can watch shows from anywhere on the network -- over the home network or the Internet. You can even watch multiple shows at the same time from different viewing devices. And with the PocketPVS module, you can take your favorite shows with you on your PocketPC (Compaq iPAQ, Casio Cassiopeia, or HP Jornada). Shows are recorded in Windows Media by default but the latest release extends support for codecs like DivX ;), OpenDivX and M-JPEG. You can also convert your MPEG, MPEG2 and AVI files so they can be accessed through PVS.
