The UOPG creates extremely efficient online thumbnail galleries in HTML, linked to larger photos. The tool is very easy to use, and pages can be created and published in minutes, including file transfer to a Web server. Thethumbnailing and linking are automatic, and image-mapped montages are used to speed downloads. Clicking a thumbnail launches a sized-to-fit window displaying the larger photo, which can be clicked to dismiss. Captions can be added, if desired. If your images are too big, the built in batch reduction module can shrink them for better Web performance.
