Pros: XAML or the extensible application mark up language is used extensively in dotNet Framework3.0 technologies, particularly in Windows presentation foundation (WPF) and workflow foundations (WF). In WPF, XAML is used as a user interface markup language to define UI elements, data binding, eventing, and other features. In WF, workflows can be defined using XAML. In any meaningful & real life application development then XAML elements could become overwhelming unless managed properly. This application provides a means for that. Design reviews, project management meetings or even a informal discussions of small project teams can become more effective with the use of this viewer. Functionalities provided include preview of XAML files, organizing them. Resource dictionaries can be created out of these XAML files, editing and updating these dictionaries are possible with this application. While building the dictionary one can simply drag & drop individual elements. Multiple elements can be dragged and dropped into the dictionary too at one time using the “Alt” modifier key.

A built in search engine makes finding an element quite easy and the engine is optimized to run in a multi-threaded background to help find multiple elements without slowing you down. Keyboard short cuts are provided for common operations to help the job of the keyboard jockeys that the developers are. The application also has clipboard management functionality built-in. Whether a single resource is copied or multiple ones or a whole dictionary is, it can be managed quite easily. The application also remembers the last open folders and the window state.
