About that design... now I`ve noticed I`m actually using the newer version (5.0) which has lighter (and probably better) design and I was talking about that. I`ve googled up a screenshot from 4.5 and I admit it`s a bit dark. Yet still I wouldn`t see a big deal in this.

It`s the best freeware Tag&Rename utility I`ve seen so far. I`m glad it`s capable of renaming the files based on ID3 tags and vice versa (which I use really often) and the custom "text transformations" that let you automatically replace defined text strings with something else or capitalize just what you want to are really good idea as well. And I really don`t understand what`s the editor`s problem with its design cause it`s sweet as well. Of course unless it makes you nervous when all your programs don`t look exactly the same ;o)

I`m VERY impressed. Does a very nice job at updating all of your mp3 ID tags very quickly. At the moment i have only tried it by using the file name and already it has fixed up over 50% of my old mp3 music collections from the days before i had internet. There appears to be more functionality i havent even tried yet. I highly recommend this tool.

Sorry for last review I though was fixtunes....Tag scanner was what i was looking for, excelent freeware to rename, even if freeze with too many files, you will try it and never let it go. El programa es excelente

Good freeware but only last 30 days. Buen programa pero solo dura 30 dias
