Depending on the user preferences the program can help generate sundials that are vertical, horizontal, declining, polar, equatorial or cylindrical. It is able to generate solar time as well as mean time (clock time) and includes all the required corrections (equation of time, longitude, daylight savings). It has an extensive ephemeris of the Sun available to make accurate sundials suitable for any location on the globe. A location data base has data of latitude, longitude and time zone details for 2500 places.

The user interface is quite a simple one. A set of drawing tools are available that help set up the face of the clock. The time lines of course have to be generated automatically depending on location. The output drawing can be in BMP, JPG, EMF or DXF formats. A range of local range versions are available. There are 12 language versions, each with a complete help file.
