Pros: This application creates icon files in several ways. It can capture any part of the screen to create an icon. It can convert an image to an icon and can extract icons from EXE, DLL, OCX and other executables. In summary it can convert BMP, JPEG, GIF, CUR formats into multi-resolution Windows icons. Picture To Icon converts BMP, JPEG, GIF, CUR, WMF and PNG formats into all sizes of Windows icons. You can resize icons form 1 x 1 pixel icon to 240 x 240 pixels icon. It`s possible to convert 256-color icons into true color, 256 color, 16 color,2 color or any other color icons. Single image icon files are created. Multiple icons can be filed into one Windows icon file. Transparent colors can be chosen by the user to be applied to the icon.

The interface is simple enough, just a display area with the function button in a column on the left. The functions are load icon, capture icon, resize icon and save icon. Load icon loads an icon from the folder. On receiving the icon by load icon some color and size options are set. Capture icon lets you capture a part of the screen area to be converted into an icon. Save icon saves the icon created into the target folder.

Cons: No obviously problematic issue found.
