Sound Editor Pro does just about everything I need it to do, I almost coughed up the brass.

This product worked well for what I wanted. Whats more, after installing I did a comprehensive sweep for spyware and came up empty.Nice!It also gives you the opportunity to download and install utilities that work with the program (ie Recorder,Ripper, format conversion, etc). For basic editing of audio files, I highly recommend.
