Thumbnailer is Windows Media Player plug-in for creation the thumbnails image files. Once you have loaded your media file into Windows Media Player, you can easily create thumbnail image of your movie.

Pros: Thumbnailer is Windows Media Player plug-in. The plug-in helps create thumbnails out of video file loaded into the media player for creation the thumbnail image file. You can change the number of thumbs in both vertical and horizontal directions. Two slider bars on the left sets number of thumbs in horizontal and vertical directions respectively. When you are moving these sliders, quick preview is shown in the middle of plug-in window. `Fixed width` checkbox allows one to set the width of resulting image. If you check this item, the slider below sets output image width. If this checkbox is unchecked, all thumbnails will have their original dimensions. `Include additional information` checkbox allows one to include some information about video file into a resulting image, such file name, size, and duration also, each thumb can contain its timestamp. If this checkbox is ticked every thumbnail is marked with its timestamp. `Make thumbnails` button starts the process. Once all desired parameters are set, push this button to generate thumbnail image. A few moments later you will be prompted to save your image with `Save as...` dialog. Select desired file name and path and choose one of the graphics format (BMP, JPEG, PNG and GIF are available). Click OK and that`s all.

Cons: No apparent problems.
