This is a software that can decode Morse code playing through your sound card and decode that to text.

Cwget morse decoder is a program to decode Morse code (CW) via sound card to text. The same program could be used as narrow band sound DSP filter as is. No additional hardware would be required if you did that! It works with Windows 9x/NT/2000/XP/Vista and 7. There is a version available that works on Windows mobile. The interface area has three windows that can be changed by users simply by dragging the borders. Current signal being received as a spectral display with a line indicating the peaks. A vertical line in color indicates the center frequency of the filter. The frequency can be changed simply by clicking on the peak you desire to receive. You can zoom the frequency display as can an equivalent pan (shifting of the display).The size of the window, and each sub-window, can be adjusted to cope with the resolution of your computer screen.

Frequency control and measurements related to it are displayed. Several ways to control a Omni-Rig type of transceiver rig is available. On the other side several features make file management (the text files generated) quite easy. In the DSP filter mode you have several controls that can set the center frequency and the bandwidth. Your own signal from the rig’s audio monitor also goes through the soundcard and is also decoded. That gives you the ability to see both parts of a conversation over ham radio. The decode algorithm is able to adjust from slow speeds to 60 words per minute or more. A great tool for a ham operator.
