     Someone who uses a computer for several hours a day and doesn't experience any discomfort in their eyes is a rarity. Our eyes get tired very quickly without rest and that uncomfortable feeling is accompanied by loss of productivity and, in some cases, permanent damage to the eyes. Now all that can be easily avoided with the installation of EyeRelax - a simple tool to keep your health in order.
     EyeRelax, whose stylish icon you can see in the system tray, reminds you to put off your work for a couple of minutes and do some basic relaxation exercises to restore your vision. The exercises are supposed to be done in front of a blank screen (EyeRelax, of course, takes care of turning the screen absolutely blank for you). Through a right mouse button menu you can access the settings of the program, read instructions for the exercises and some general advice on what to do so as not to get tired too soon when using a computer.
     Both the time of each exercise and the interval between them can be changed in a couple of clicks. There is also an option of putting your eyes at rest any time you like - just click on 'Show screen'. Download this free and health-promoting tool and your eyes will be grateful to you.
