I could not get this software to do anything it said it would do. It would not open any knd of recorded file, there were no instructions and the file took over my computer. It is open all the time on my computer, I can`t uninstall it, the help desk is closed and says my e-mail is not valid. I`m not sure this isn`t some kind of virus. Do not download the free trial!!
