GUI application and DLL that provide information about the contents of PCM wave files, and can convert the number of channels, bits per sample, or sample rate. Application allows previewing before converting the file. Most common RIFF chunks are supported. The DLL can remove specified RIFF chunk types, and can remove all unnecessary data in a wave file so only the minimum required wave information is left. The DLLs may be licensed so you can distribute them royalty-free with your programs.
