I find the program straight forward, easy to use and doesn`t need a computer genius to figure out. resource hog? burn your cd and then delete wav. No big deal.

I like comparing sounds I changed using the noise filter, pop & crackle feature,equalizer, etc., then comparing it to the original: I can either keep the changed sound or the original...or make further changes.

I look for a few things in a good program. An easy to use interface, that it works the way it is supposed to. I wouldn`t waste my time giving it a review if I didn`t think so.

I liked that I didn`t have to read through a lot of documentation to do the simple sound editing and mixing that I needed to do on a few sound files. I also liked the optional ripper better than my current ripper (you can listen to the sound file from within the ripper). It is also a small footprint on my system.

Has all the bells & whistles to do a really great audio edit. The manual (online) is an education all by itself. The smart trial of 1500 edits lets you play, make mistakes, try all the stuff that`s there over many months (it took me 8 months of trial & error) before you buy it. The price is reasonable too. Couldn`t find any bugs or annoying stuff either during that time.

A complete program, able to save in several formats, easy but single editing tools, great because the programs are easy to use and very usefull. The best for me out of 5 tried.

This program has many of the editing functions and featuresof some very expensive recording programs...without the price tag. Granted, it`s not an all-supreme powerhouse, but there`s a lot that you can do with it.
