This is a biased review since I am only rating this software on one criteria: the ability to convert audio formats and keep the tag informatin in tact. This is the purpose for which I bought the software. It does convert the files fine but forget about it preserving your tags. They claim it does, but it does not do this for all files - even with the fully paid version. Have fun manually entering your tag information. No refund was given. BUYER BEWARE.
