UGH! only will convert to 3PG which is practically useless as almost nothing plays it. NO tech support. but at least it was free.

Not working at all. Cant change the profile, cant open anything other than dvd. Even converting from a dvd causes program to crash after 5 seconds. Online support non-existent. Nice look and skins but thats all. Price is right though.

It would be a half decent program if the sound and video actually lined up, or were even closer than 3 seconds apart. A quick spell check would add a bit to it as well.

This is not an easy program to use. If there were a rating under one star, I would gladly give this product that rating. I consider myself pretty computer literate, but i had trouble figuring this program out. Please don`t waste your time on this download.

Seems good so far. Converted 1 episode from a DVD to an AVI and have no complaints.
