System Requirements:
Pentium II or above. Windows 98 or above. Sound card
Microsoft SAPI 4 or SAPI 5 TTS runtime engine. (You may get it freely from Downloads Tab).
Additional voice engines (Besides runtime engine, for each language you need to install a specific engine, please go to Downloads tab for free voices).
