Forget that the free trial period didnt work. I purchased it and have wasted so many dvdr dvdrw because the movies play fine in my pc. I just purchased a new blue ray multi-format player and the same thing happens certain segments of the movies dont work. And yes I have tried all different settings. Im done what a waste

MUST READ! It`s a waste of time, please don`t download because a pop out says "Your clone DVD evaluation period has expired. WASTE TIME and truly disappointed.

Tried version 4.3 without success. No error message provided, simply does not work and took 30 minutes to get to that point. Don`t bother. I suspect it is due to copy protection.

First things first, they should fix whatever bug causes it to think that the trial is over already. Second, this website shouldn`t state that its freeware if you have to pay for it. This is shareware...

Retracting my negative review: I received a very courteous response from the company about the `trial period expired` message and was instructed to remove the old program fully, then download again from www.clonedvd.net, which worked. The user interface is attractive, simple, and appeared to work fine until it detected I was trying to copy to a DVD+R instead of DVD+RW, which I don`t have so cannot report the final outcome. But you can`t go wrong on this free trial, either way. (Use that link above.) Kudos to them for fast customer service.
