The wizard mode is for beginners where most things are done automatically, while the advanced mode allows details to be set by the user who understands the implication of changes in a parameter. All the necessary parameters are called out in the interface. So that when the user attempts to set them there is no required parameter that one can forget to set.

The application takes advantage of multi-threading possible in many processors. Thus processing is done faster, results being apparent in the batch mode particularly. Thus Intel dual core processors or the AMD Athlon 64x2 processors does increase throughput. Once downloaded, there are no further codecs to be installed. All the encoders/decoders are built in so that all format conversions are readily available. After the conversion output files can be renamed and the path defined. Files could be overwritten too. Should there be any problem with the codec chosen for conversion the program chooses another automatically.

Zoom & split functions are supported any clip can be converted at will. Preview is available. The application produces nice video and audio quality. You can select video size, bit rate, NTSC/PAL, frame rate, audio codec, sample rate etc. that determines the output quality.
