A freeware utility that allows you to extract a sample from a .wav file without loading it into memory. No matter how big your source wave file is (it may be hundreds of megabytes!), if you want to sample a part of it, you can do it very quickly, without wasting RAM. New in 2.x : GUI enhancements (drag-and-drop, tooltips, HTML Help file), graphical sample selection, normalization of the output .wav file (volumemaximization). Fixed in 2.10 : memory leak in graph panel.
