Bopup IM Suite Enterprise Pack is a secure client/server instant messaging system. It provides an efficient, internal and private communication over networks without a limit. The system is free for use of up to 20 users but has to be paid for when you organization is larger. Centralized management, LDAP support, messaging and file transfer can be logged. The system could be deployed quickly and consists of a server and a set of clients for each individual user. What it does for an enterprise is ability to unite company`s offices and other locations into one internal IM workspace. This space is made secure through the security features of the product. It lets you have control over messaging groups, user permissions to view others and send messages and documents, message and transfer archives with printing support.

The interface is quite intuitive and simple to use. Most users familiar with any one of the popular chat systems should not have any difficulty getting used to this system. Messaging is encrypted, messages can be sent with formatted text, links and graphic emoticons (smileys), organize their personal Contact Lists, access their contacts from any workplace and see who is online and available for communication. Once configured, you are able to see a pop up. Any user is able to see who’s online. The server comes with a simple interface too and has a built-in messaging system for scheduled and planned user notifications. It also has a managed distributing documents set up to users.
