Flash Messaging System is a network-based communication program that runs on all Windows platforms. All PCs on the network can send instant messages to each other with a click of the mouse. This application is designed for small companies that need fast internal messaging systems. An administrative tool will let a network administrator view a list of users logged in to the messaging system and their connection status. This is the updated TCP/IP version for all Windows networks. This version now has five Instant Response buttons for enhanced speed, a Resend Message feature, and minor bug fixes.
