The Publisher IDcide Inc. has made this incredible software the IDcide’s Privacy Companion. This is a free browser add-on (3 small icons) that alerts you with rings and alarm bells about when & where you may be followed on the web and by whom. This enables you to block third party trackers (like Double-Click) while still receiving personalized services from the site you are visiting. Besides all this, it deals with both incoming and outgoing cookies and that too uniquely distinguishing between site cookies and third party cookies. Privacy Companion protects you from third party trackers that transmit cookies through Web-Bugs and banners. Although this is small software having a file size of 1382 KB, it has multifunctional applications.
