This software is a FTP client that is easy to operate and is simple.

FTP Commander offers a no-frills approach to implement a FTP client.The program displays two panels side by side that show the remote server and the local directory details. You can be up to 12 in numbers, of frequently used servers. Your regular chores do become simplified. It is possible to initiate two way file exchanges and more than one downloads. It allows you to delete, rename, and copy files; create and delete directories in the FTP server. The command-line mode allows you to do file transfers and management in an automatic mode. However, then that is for experienced users. The regular interface is good for new users. A log file will tell you if transfers happened alright. Logs are available for each session.

Along with the two panels of display on the interface mentioned already, the third part of the display shows transfers happening. One of the biggest set of features to my mind is the ability of the tool to continue the transfers even when interruptions happen. These include re-start to complete the transfer, reconnecting back automatically. FTP connections are maintained when things are slow. The tool can assign transfer parameters automatically. The program will also detect and correct any mistakes you make. It will enter the right address, even if different formats are used to specify a URL (on the Pro version). Several other features make this a very valuable and handy tool for a web master and IT administrators.
