This is a file transfer tool.
File Transfer Command Line (FTCL) is a platform independent utility for scripting file transfers. FTCL does not require any programming experience. Yet, using an intuitive scripting language, available for this tool, one can get fairly complex set of transfers done automatically. FTCL is compatible with several file transfer protocols including AFTP, FTP, FTPS (FTP over SSL) and SFTP (FTP over SSH) protocols. This program can streamline data exchange between you and your trading partners. By doing that you could be in perfect sync with all the transaction open between you and one or more of these partners. Many a times you would not like the financial and other data being exchanged between the partners to be open on the net. This tool provides means of securing the data transfers in one of two ways. One of the means available is to do the data transfers via FTP over SSL.
The other alternate is to conduct your data transfer business over SSH or the secure shell. Either way the data cannot be read by others and thus your transactions remain secure. The scripting language, like a simple programming language, provides control statements to manage the file transfers. Thus you would be able to implement conditional transfers as well. You would be able to create loops that help you do repetitive transfers. This is a good product and has many useful features. If you have a need, here is a good candidate for trying out.
