Then Email Address Collector is the right software for you it is capable of scanning and collecting e-mail addresses from all the above mentioned email clients.
     Not only can Email Address Collector extract files from various but it can also backup / restore MS-Outlook or Outlook Express mail folders and emailing rules. Once you install this software it will start by searching your windows address book and then the inbox of the outlook folder you want searched. It can even collect email addresses found in the subject field of the email message. This however does not mean that you have to keep each and every address; you can use the advanced options and select or deselect any address.
     Email Address Collector has many more features that will make it easier for you to communicate. With this software you can easily send bulk email without the strain of collecting addresses.
