The EventMeister is a centralized monitoring solution. It does not require installation of clients at every desktop/ server. EventMeister collects Windows Event Logs data throughout the network. You could schedule the data gathering or it can be collected real-time. The data could be filtered at collection time ensuring relevant data only is collected. This tool lets a variety of actions and alerts to be sent out. These include email, writing to log, running scripts, batch files or applications and displaying pop-up messages and sound alerts.

These alerts may be triggered whenever a specified pattern of data is captured. Email to alert people along with additional data as enclosure, as necessary, can be issued by the tool. Besides email, SMS and pager messages can be set up too. Analysis reports also can be emailed. The log viewer makes reports available in an easy to read format, it is possible to merge data from more than one report for easier timeline analysis. Filtering, sorting and reorganizing columns as well as creation of different views of data is possible. Data can be exported in text, CSV, XML or formatted HTML as also RSS feeds.
