Hotbar is the first to develop a technology that enables surfers to cover their browser toolbar with images (“skins”) from our extensive gallery that contains thousands of skins. These skins can also be sent as e-Cards via email as their maximum weight is 40k. Surfers love this application since it's extremely light (120k) and appealing.
