This installer contains two small applications: Offline Monitor - displays the current windows offline state in the system tray. Dial or hang up any dial-up connection. Prevent windows from hanging up your connection. (Laptop users) change your dialing location. And a POP3 Email Monitor that checks your email automatically every 1 - 20 minutes, displays a tooltip with how many messages are waiting, displays whether you have mail by changing the system tray icon.
