AlphaLPD 2.5 provides print services from a UNIX server to a Windows PC to allow the sharing of printers in a mixed operating system environment. Features include multiple printer configuration, simultaneous printing, buffered print jobs to avoid overflowing the windows print manager and DOS/UNIX text mode mapping. Alpha LPD is an easy to use Explorer style application which appears in the windows icon tray.
