     Angry IP Scanner is a tiny program that lets you scan IPs in a specified range and get additional information about them. You can scan a hostname, say, www.yahoo.com and get the list of IPs it is associated with. It scans for hosts in a range of IP numbers displaying information on availability of the host, open ports, ping time, NetBIOS info etc. The program lets you open a host in Explorer, browser or FTP client, telnet to it.
     You can enter the range of IPs yourself or use the buttons on the toolbar to scan C or B class network hosts. There's also a useful feature of copying the hostname or IP address to the clipboard. The program is tiny, free and doesn't require an installation process. Check it out yourself!
