Allows you to setup a message dialog to be displayed on the screen when a user logs into a server (via the login script). With this VERY powerful utility you can specify the text tobe displayed, the image, the buttons (up to 7 different ones) and when to display the message. You can Load and Save a specific message from with a configuration file, this is useful to adding to Novell or NT login script. This means that with the command line you could configure a message and make it appear in their Network login, or when they startup windows, or even on a specified windows shortcut.
