1st Up Net Server is a low cost, simple to configure windows based, caching proxy server that runs on Windows 95, 98, ME , 2000 or NT4. It is an application level proxy that gives your entire network access to the web, news, email, ftp, napster and many other applications. Unlike most proxy servers however it has advanced monitoring and blocking features that put you in control of your internet access. You can specify allowed sites, blocked sites, disallowed words and even limit the times internet connections are allowed, putting you in control of your internet use. 1st Up Net Server has been designed to be simple and efficient from the outset and so can be run on a low spec machine.
