CoolSpeak is a voice messaging service which enables you to send and receive voice messages anytime, anywhere via the Internet. CoolSpeak messages can include voice, text and file attachments (documents, faxes, pictures, diagrams, etc.). CoolSpeak users can send and receive messages at no charge via the CoolSpeak desktop application or via the CoolSpeak browser plug-in. The system works through proxy servers and firewalls. CoolCheck runs on your icon tray, informing you of any new messages. An on-line directory makes it easy to find other users and add them to the address book. CoolSpeak users may also sign up for CoolSpeak Plus. CoolSpeak Plus adds a third method of sending and receiving voice messages – the telephone. Simply call the CoolSpeak number, enter your VoiceBox number and PIN and you can send and receive voice messages to any registered CoolSpeak user.
