VIMAS speech codec is the DLL for coding/decoding of the digitized speech signals with sampling frequency 8000Hz, 16bit per sample to bitrate 8000bps and vise versa. Codec based on the Algebraic Code Exited Linear Prediction (ACELP) and has embedded Voice Activity Detector (VAD). Main advantages: good quality, low-complexity, easy to use, royalty-free. This version includes the speech coder/decoder DLL, implementation examples and free support.
