This is .NET library that lets reading/deleting of SMS messages, sending of push and text messages when connected via the serial port or Bluetooth or infrared to a machine.

The software supports ETSI GSM 07.05/07.07 compatible GSM modems, phones like Wavecom, Nokia, Sony-Ericsson, Siemens, Motorola etc. It also supports phones that have AT command compatible modems in phones such as Nokia, Sony-Ericsson, Motorola, Siemens, Samsung etc. You are then able to send large number of message through the phones, from the machine, at speeds like 10 to 12 SMS per minute. the application also supports service indication messages through the phone. You just specify the URL and the text as per the governing specifications such as WAP-167-ServiceInd-20010731-a. When connected to the phone through Serial Port, Bluetooth and Infrared etc. you can communicate with the compatible phones quite easily.

You are able to do several things through this utility that includes reading phone parameters such as battery level, signal strength etc.; prepaid balance, validity of the SIM etc.; supports Unicode characters and thus local language messages; flash message that are displayed instantly on the destination phone; ability to specify validity of the messages sent etc.; delivery reports for phones that do not support the feature is also possible. You can set an interval between messages so that at times, when the network is loaded, the messages do not get blocked. Number of retries can be specified in case of delivery failure of the messages.
