The supported image formats include BMP, JPG, TIF, PNG, GIF, PCX, JP2, JPC, PGX, PNM, TGA, and WBMP, etc. The image conversion can be done from any one of these formats to any of the others. This tool will support operations on PDF documents too. The features include resizing of images. This has functionality that helps adjust the horizontal and vertical resolution of an open PDF file. PDF versions 1.4, 1.5, 1.6 or later are supported. This tool will be able to handle encrypted PDF files too. Encrypted PDF files can easily be converted to the supported images formats detailed earlier. When resizing images in these supported formats, you can have the aspect ratio fixed. For JPEG images this tool can manage custom quality levels. You are able to trade off quality against the files size.

In TIFF format images, different compressions specified in the standards can be maintained. These include CCITT Group3/4, LZW and RLE. The user interface that is generated for end users from inside your application, is very simple to use and most users will be able to make sense of it easily. You will be offered various relevant settings. Output type, TIFF compression are settings you can pick through drop down lists. Couple of other settings allow you to set the height and width of images (for resizing) and a check box to indicate if you want to retain the ratio.
