Creates virtual ports for applications that are still in development. Includes support for the all known RS232 port that many apps use it, and custom signal lines ((DTS, RXT, DSR, CTS, DCD, RIN). The package includes examples from Borland Delphi, C++, Microsoft VC++, Visual Basic, .NET, and more.
