Form Translator gives you multi-language functionality. It works by taking your original form and translating the code into several languages. That means you only need to write one program, rather than recoding and redesigning with every version.

Applications aimed at international markets that need forms to be displayed/ printed in different languages can be handled by this component. A companion module the form flipper helps with those languages that read differently than left to right by flipping the form. The module works by taking the original and translating the form fields to different languages without the need for any recoding or redesigning. The integration just takes one line of code in the Form_Load event. You have to add reference in your project to several DLLs specified. They are located in c:windowssystem32 as a default. This package works within COM environment and thus works with only those languages that support COM. These include Delphi, Borland C++, Visual C++ and Visual basic. All you need to do is to specify the languages and the fields to be translated into a standard table and copy into your project.

To use one application with multiple languages, just define the languages and fields on a standard table and copy it onto your project. You can also set the translator to match the programming language you use, and generate codes for foreign characters. You do not need to be an advanced programmer in order to install and fully use Form Translator. Its setup program automatically registers the DC_FormTranslator10.dll file on your system. To integrate it into your project, simply select `add reference` from the project menu. Click the `browse` button to locate all of these DLL 1- your DC_FormTranslator10.DLL 2- AxInterop.MSDataGridLib.dll 3- Interop.MSDataGridLib.dll 4- adodb.dll which all of them by default are located in c:windowssystem32.

Overall: There are couple of problems with automatic translation though. One is that the translation may not be accurate in automatic translation. Second is that the translated string may be longer than the original string and thus space provided in the form may not be enough to accommodate that. That can mess up the form entirely.
