You just buy the component once and use it to build the license controls into your products. JSM License System was developed using the development environment of Codegear C++ Builder 2009. Embarcaderro (former Borland/Codegear) offers a powerful development environment. It has built in dialogs to validate current state of license, register and then activate. This can be determined through a whole set of browsers. Finds default browser and detects proxy from Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera, Google Chrome and Safari and Chrome etc. and detects proxy automatically. You can check for server license integrity validations. License tool available lets you create and change licenses. Web-server side PHP scripts are provided for registration and activation.

Multiple language administration is supported. You have a freeware language manager and tools to change languages, language resource viewer and a resource file compiler. It is available in English, Dutch and German and can be changed into other languages too. The whole thing is distributed as DLLs, a few lines of code implements the system into your product. Add your on screen components, like buttons and menu items, to the license system to disable them (or even make them invisible) until activation.

Overall: This is the version 1.0 release so beware. Besides the web site of the publishers calls it a Beta1 release so there can be problems. However, the license administration is quite an issue and can take significant development time, which this package intends to save. So it is worth a serious look. The system has been tested by hackers to make sure it cannot be fooled.
