MySQL Data Access Components

This is a library that supports data base access to MySQL.

MySQL Data Access Components (MyDAC) is a library of components that provides direct access to MySQL databases. This library could be used from programs built with Delphi, C++Builder, Lazarus (and Free Pascal) on Windows, Mac OS X, iOS, Android, Linux, and FreeBSD for both 32-bit and 64-bit platforms. Applications built with the support of this library can let you connect directly to a MySQL server or work through the MySQL client library. MyDAC library can help programmers develop faster and cleaner MySQL database applications. This library is a substitute for other such libraries such as the Borland Database Engine (BDE) and standard dbExpress driver for access to MySQL.
