extends T-SQL with capabilities of:

* Work with directories and files;
* Read and write files as arbitrary binary data blocks or line-by-line as a text;
* Export and import BLOB data from the disk files to the table fields of datatype TEXT/NTEXT/IMAGE;
* Work with INI files;
* Format string templates like C++ sprintf() or Delphi's Format() functions do.
