This utility includes 3 type library tools: TLB2HLP - automatic Windows help file generator. It takes object description information from a type library of your choice and generates the whole help project for Microsoft Help Workshop including the main .RTF file containing all help topics with cross-references, a help context file (.CNT), a help topic map (.INC) file as well as the project file itself (.PRJ). The resulting help project can be compiled right away and be used as a reference manual on the object model. TLB2HTML - creates a single HTML file that contains all objects, modules, types, methods, properties, etc. from the given type library. TLB Compare - compares two object type libraries shows any differences in object description information.
