At first, it is a good replacement for regular bug tracking tools. Furthermore it provides complete role based access control, attachment handling, schedule management, automatic e-mail notification, CVS-Export, easy reporting, and extensive customization. It has an online help, and English, German, Norwegian, Italian, and Chinese localization. It supports many application servers such as Tomcat, Jetty, JRun, Websphere and JBoss. It also supports different database systems such as MySQL, MS SQLServer, Oracle, Firebird, PostgresSQL, and HSQL. The free version is completely functional and may be used for up to 10 users.
