The Developer Edition of 3D Canvas is a set of 3D development tools that allow you to create, view, and interact with 3D scenes through Visual Basic. It includes 3D Canvas, a sophisticated modelling and animation tool, the 3D Canvas Scene Object to load 3D Canvas created scenes, and the 3D Canvas Viewport ActiveX Control to view and interact with scenes. 3D is implemented using Microsoft's DirectX for Visual Basic API, and fully supports hardware 3D acceleration.
