This is a small, but powerfull, dll that converts a number to words. Like : 12.34 will be converted to 'Twelve and Thirty Four hundredths'. You can even set it to include a currency (ideal if you are writing a 'Check Writer' program). '$12.34' will be converted to 'Twelve Dollars and Thirty Four Cents'.
