An ActiveX control for use with Microsoft Visual Basic (or any other environment capable of hosting ActiveX components). OmniFormBox displays form-based essages to the user. User has an option to disable individual messages, so that they wont appear in the future - all thisis handled automatically by the control itself, there is no additional code required.
